DELIVERY TIMES

Items purchased from the La Processó de Verges Association online store are shipped via express courier. Delivery times are as follows:

• Spain (mainland): 1–2 business days

• Balearic Islands: 3–4 business days

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed, during the following business hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared on the next business day.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

If you are placing an order from outside the European Union, please note that you are responsible for any applicable local customs duties or taxes.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping cost is calculated automatically and shown at checkout for your approval before payment. The price depends primarily on the destination and the size or weight of the package. The applicable rates are:

• Spain: €5 / Free shipping on orders over €50

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you choose local pickup from our sales point, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
