Return Policy

At La Processó de Verges Association, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our merchandising products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may refer to our return policy below.

General Conditions

• Products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Certain personalized or custom-made merchandise items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective.

Return Procedure

1. Return Request:
   Before returning a product, please contact us at info@laprocesso.cat indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization:
   We will provide you with a return address and instructions to complete the return process.

3. Product Shipment:
   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email.

• If the return is approved, a refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days.

• Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you the correct or replacement product at no additional cost.

Exceptions

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
